Registration rates are tied to membership status.  If you have not yet joined or renewed for the 2024-25 school year, please do so before registering for the conference in order to access member rates.  If you are registering for the Conference and registering as a new Regular member, you still have to fill out the Membership Form to process your membership.

HOTEL, PARKING & DETAILS

• Hotel reservations Will you be staying at the conference hotel (Embassy Suites) for KAPS Con 2024? If so, please take advantage of the significantly reduced room rate of $159 per night by using this link to reserve your room online or letting them know you are staying for the KAPS Conference when reserving by phone.
  **NOTE: All rooms are first come, first serve and must be booked no later than Sept 6, 2024 for the discounted rate. Once these rooms are gone we cannot get additional rooms added to the block at the discounted rate.**
• FREE PARKING is available for overnight guests and commuters.

• Also, please join us for a social hour and catch up with your peers from across the state. Details and drink vouchers will be provided at the registration table. Appetizers will be provided.

• Awards Banquet Dinner:  Our awards dinner will be held immediately following on September 23rd so please be sure and check on the Registration Form if you will be attending.
